Menu Plan | Using what's on hand

Here is the plan for the this week. Some of the things on this week's plan are carried over from last week's plan, and one is a new recipe I can't wait to try.

All meals are served with a salad and fruit.

Breakfast
Oatmeal w/ blueberries
Corn or Rice Chex
Smoothies

Lunch
Lunch meat sandwiches (Hormel Natural Choice is GF)
Roasted chicken or turkey breast sandwiches
PB&J
Leftovers
Quesadillas


Dinner
Some version of Crockpot Beans and Rice
Fake Arroz con Pollo and black beans
Spanish Tortilla - I found a lean pork roast on clearance so I brought it home and roasted it to use in the tortilla.
Chicken Potpie Bowl
Pulled pork sandwiches on buns, cole slaw, cut vegetables
Hamburgers on Corn Thins, salad
Dinner out

Snacks
Fruit
Various Vegetables pre cut and waiting in the refrigerator
Smoothies
Popcorn
